My sister made a decision . She has selected one of many well rated elliptical trainers for use in her home. It was recently delivered.
My brother-in-law followed the easy set up instructions. Moments later my sister was using the electric powered machine.
I recently went to their house to see the new purchase. This trainer is really cool! It has adjustable resistance and handles for upper body movement, too. It is programmable in order to work different muscle groups.
Mostly this machine will be used by my sister and her husband to elevate heart rate and for weight reduction. Muscle growth will be an added benefit.
