Attacking Anxiety is the First Step Into Battling It

My daughter was going through some hard times when she was a teenager. She was a good kid, but she always afraid to talk in front of people and attacking anxiety was a battle. She had a major project to do for her English class hat semester and she didn’t want to go to school when that day came. I knew that she had to complete the project or she would fail the class and have to repeat it. So I talked to her and I put my foot down and took her to our family doctor. She guided us to a counselor that works with teens that have anxiety. I have to say when she did her project, she got an A. She was on medication and going to group therapy.
