Building Muscles for Basketball

My friends and I are members of the basketball varsity team in our school. As a team, we always workout together and practice in the gym. When we workout, we always do muscle building routines suggested by our coach. I hope we can step up with our game this year. We nearly bag the championship title last year but unfortunately we didn’t. Now, we are practicing 24/7. We are working hard to improve our performance. We often times wake up early I the morning to do a one-mile run around the campus. I hope we can reach the finals and bring home the championship title.
