Costing The Logic Of Organic Food
I have been buying organic organic tomatoes for some time now. They do taste better than the standard tomatoes but of course they cost more too.
It is an impossible decision to make logically. How do you put a price on taste? It seems more likely than not that organic food is better for us and more healthy too so that needs to be considered.
I find it difficult to decide on the health reasons but I reckon that the cost is worth it just for the better taste of the food.
