Fat Loss or Weight Loss?

People have a tendency to get confused with they wish to achieve. Is it weight loss or fat loss? Even though people have a desire to get ripped abs or sculpted abdominals, they stil have the idea that the only way they can lose fat is by watching the scale. What about a situation where you lose fat and gain an equal amount of muscle? You may look better in the mirror but you may still be sad after looking at the scale.
