feeling anxious?

If you are feeling anxious, you may want to consider seeing a pyschologist.  Let’s face it, there are only so many problems that you can overload your friends and family with before it starts to become a burden to even them.  If you need to see a psychologist or other specialist for your problems, begin by word of mouth.  Talk to your friends about what you’re thinking of doing and see if they have suggestions for pyschologists in the area.  If you don’t feel comfortable telling a friend about your problems or asking for advice on how to find a pscyhologist you feel comfortable with, then you can always do an Internet search.  Depending on what town you live in in the United States, some areas will actually offer local lists of psychologists in the area as well as brief biography of each one.  If you’re worried about payment, make sure you check with the psychologist before hand-this way you’ll know exactly how much you’re going to need at the time of your visit.  Most psychologists treatments are covered under most health insurance providers such as BCBSNC.
