Gastric bypass in Brazil
I was obese from the day I was born. People teased and tormented me, and I endured it all with a sad smile on my face, pretty much resigned to the fact that there was no changing my destiny. I loved to eat. Period. No matter what I did, I could not control the urge to binge on food, and so I knew that I would never lose weight. And then, my best friend Molly, who was also as huge as me until a few months ago, returned from Brazil looking nearly half her size! I couldn’t believe my eyes. She told me she’d had something called a Gastric Bypass at Hospital Samaritano in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Brazil, following which her hunger pangs disappeared. And when her food intake reduced, her weight naturally came down too! Amazing are the wonders of modern technology! I am now convinced I want to follow in Molly’s footsteps and go in for a similar surgery myself. I’m planning a trip to Brazil very soon, and I am so excited, I want to tell the whole world about it!
