Green tea has many healthful benefits.

Tea has long since been a source of comfort and luxury for many people. The asian cultures understood from a very early age the benefits of drinking tea of any kind, but understood even better the value of drinking green tea for weight loss, good sleep, skin care, and even mouthwash. There are even those who attribute their long lives and very good health to drinking a cup of green tea each day. Most doctors will recommend drinking green tea as part of a treatment for many ailments which means that it is a great natural drink for anyone to drink.
