How Wheatgrass is Grown and Cultivated

Wheatgrass is actually the infant form of wheat.  It is harvested from the bread basket portion of the United States and Canada, and then dried out.  Sometimes it is kept in powder for, and others put it into capsule form.  The best way to imbibe the grass is shortly after it has been picked, but it is far more convenient to use the pills.  The grass is high in nutrients and good for the skin and digestive system.  You can buy wheatgrass on the Internet, or if you live in the Midwest, you can be sure to find it in a local store.
