I am going to win.
I have suffered with depression for twenty years now. Some times in my life have been better than others. Now I am working on conquering depression once and for all. So how to beat depression? What do I need to do? I wondered that myself and here are three steps I have taken that have worked for me:
1. Taking medication. I was not open to this option at first, but it has taken the edge off allowing me to start working on my feelings.
2. Changing my diet. I started drinking more water and eating better.
3. Exercise. I started putting an exercise plan into my routine.
I needed all three of these to make a difference. Now I am finding that I might finally be able to beat depression!
