I Was Embarrassed To Take Off My Shirt
It was the first time I have been on holiday for ages but my friend convinced me it would be a good idea as we haven’t been away for quite a few years. I knew he had been working out before we went, as he told me he had found the best abs workout and the results he was getting were awesome. But it wasn’t until we got to our destination and he took off his shirt that I realised what he meant. His abs were really prominent and I didn’t want to take off my shirt for the whole holiday in fear of the embarrassment!
