Is it really stress??

You are late for office… you feel stressed; the red light doesn’t turn green… you feel stressed, the maid doesn’t turn up … you again feel stressed. Looking at the present scenario, it seems that for everything, no matter how small to how big…. the entire world seems to be stressed out.

This makes it all the more important to know as to what stress is. Stress happens when the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual equilibrium of a person is disturbed  owing to daily pressures, unpleasant happenings etc .

Some of the common signs to be watched out for to keep stress away are tension, depression, frequent mood swings, poor concentration and memory, negative thinking, feelings of helplessness, excessive smoking, difficulty in making decisions etc. Though you can’t avoid stress creeping into your life, but what is surely possible is to not let stress govern your life.
