Muscle Gaining Program: Is It Safe?
I have never fully understood the fascination with a muscle gaining program that makes your body look unnatural. However, after having two children, I could use a muscle gaining program that focuses on my abs. Most of what I have found online promotes intense training with the addition of all kinds of supplements. I have also been alarmed at some of the problems I have read about people running into such as muscle atrophy. I am also quite speculative about one authors suggestion to train to the point of muscle failure in order to get the most out of your workouts. Just the term doesn’t sound safe. I want abs that I am proud to show off if they happen to slip out under my tankini, but I am not willing to harm my body to get them that way.
