Now’s the Time to Lose the Belly
In my younger days, I never worried about what I ate because my body was burning the calories at an efficient pace. My mid-section (for the most part) was still in its original state. Then, during my early 20s, the effects of father time began to show their effects.
My svelte, 30” waistline slowly began to increase. At first, it was an inch here or there. But before I knew it, was lurching toward the 36” range and beyond.
It was then I decided to lose belly fat before my shape got totally out of control.
The process was actually rather simple. I had to learn a few exercises, develop a sense of discipline, and re-educate myself on my diet. As the pounds lifted away, my motivation increased.
