All of our mothers have scolded us at one point or another that it is bad to pick at sores or pop pimples. Even wives scold their husbands about picking. The best defense to an acne offense is a good exposed skin care product. All products are not made equal, some people have oily or dry skin. It is not equally helpful for ever person. Each person needs to try different things. No system is all inclusive unless it is includes a way to personalize your system to fit your problems. Just because it helped your best friend does not mean it is the product for you.
