Spending to much time at the gym everyday? Time to cut back and get in better shape

A lot of us spend far to much time bumming around the gym when we’re there to workout. So much so that I’m sure if you cut out all your chat time, and wasted time you’d be able to save a complete workout day each week. How about those of us that are going to the gym everyday, but aren’t getting the results we strive for?
