What are the Best Muscle Building Techniques?

When it comes to building muscle mass, there are literally hundreds of different techniques to choose from.  The truth of the matter is that no single technique is better than another, and some techniques work better for certain individuals.  With that being said, in the world of muscle building, there are some core principles that everyone must follow.  The most important elements include weight training regularly, eating highly nutritious calorie dense foods, and getting plenty of rest and recovery.  If these three techniques are not strictly followed, building lean muscle mass will be nearly impossible.  Remember that consistency is the key when it comes to muscle building!
