What Causes Acne?

 

There are many factors that can cause acne. One factor is diet, although food is not exactly proven to cause acne one should still be aware of what they eat. Causes Of Acne as mentioned vary and can include skin irritation.

 

Stress can also be a factor so you need to address that issue. In females menstrual cycles can also play a role, this can occur due to hormonal activity. It is also worthwhile noting that certain medicines may cause acne. In terms of health keep a balanced diet and try and incorporate exercise into your daily routines. Avoid excess sugars from things like sugary sodas.
