Where Can I Find Out More?

I have recently heard a lot of talk about a new workout by Craig Ballantyne called Turbulence Training. I am wondering where I can find out more about it, since I am interested in starting to work out and want some kind of plan to get me started on the right track. Since I have heard good things about this workout I would like to learn more. Is there a website that tells about this workout, or a book that I could buy? I would love to have some sort of reference to look at while I am working out.
